QUALIFICATIONS
As a lifelong Cumberland resident, I have seen many changes in this town. In comparison to other cities and towns that I've passed through during my education years, I have seen some great ideas that would help this town. I've also seen poor spending and poor use of our Cumberland tax dollars.
Scientific Research
July 1999 - May 2000: Performed HIV/Aids Screenings, Clinical Trials (New Drugs),Pre & Post test Risk Reduction Counciling - Miriam Hospital, Pawtucket, RI.
Currently Doing Research on CCD (Colony Colapse Disorder) which is currently affecting/killing honey bees in this country.

Business Experience
1996 - 2000 Started first business DP Tech while at Providence College. Worked for Providence college and ran this business on the side. Repaired and networked student computers.
2000 - 2006 Started second business Ramflo USA which was the exclusive US Importer/Distributor of LYNX & Redline Performance Products (Australia).
2004 - 2006 Started an additional business, VE2. Designed and manufactured his own complete Engine Managment System (Electronic Fuel Injection) software and hardware.
2006 - Present Started Alcholic Beverage Import Business, Simoes Imports, LLC. in Cumberland, RI. Also, started distributing alcholic beverages in Rhode Island. Later formed Beer Guys Distributing, Rhode Island's premiere craft beer distributor.
Fall of 2008 Simoes Imports, LLC., will begin manufacturing and bottling alcholic beverages at its Cumberland warehouse facility.
